20'x20' High Peak Tent

This high peak tent measures 20’L x 20’W x 17’H and can accommodate a max of 48 people. Ceiling height is 8′.

Great for small to medium size outdoor events. Can be customized to include walls (+$25/ea) or string lighting (+$30).

Great for large outdoor events. Can be customized to include walls (+$25/ea) or string lighting (+$40). Tents can be combined for larger events.

3500W Generator

This gasoline generator has a 5 gal capacity and can run an inflatable blower and lighting for approx. 14hrs continuously.

Measures 2’L x 1.5’W x 2’H. An extra 5 gal tank can be provided upon request for an added cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

In order to allow enough space for installation of stakes that secure the tent to the ground, an area larger than the tent dimensions on leveled ground is required. There must also be no obstructions in the vertical direction such as tree branches or electrical/telephone lines that may cause damage to the tent. 

  • Our 20’x20′ tent requires a minimum space of 27’x27′.
  • Our 20’x40′ tent requires a minimum space of 30’x47′.
  • Tents are secured using 3ft long ground stakes. You are responsible for notifying us of all underground obstructions before set-up such as any utility lines (gas, water, electric, sewage), sprinkler system, or septic tanks so that we not damage them when securing equipment to the ground. We are not responsible for any damage to undisclosed obstructions that are not obviously indicated.
  • If you are unsure, it is strongly recommended that you call 811 (call-before-you-dig) at least 5 days prior to the event so that the city may come mark any existing utility lines.
  • If ground stakes are unable to be used for any of the tent’s legs, we can secure it using 50 gal water barrels at and added cost of $20/barrel. Number of barrels required may vary depending on weather and location. You must provide a water source to fill them.

Tents

  • Our tents are waterproof and can withstand light rain and gentle breeze (<12mph). If winds are excessive (large branches and small trees in constant motion) or tent is visibly stressed due to wind gusts, please use your best judgement and evacuate if necessary. You may contact us at any time for immediate assistance.
  • During a lightning storm, you must immediately evacuate the tent until the chance of lightning strike is no longer present.
  • We constantly monitor the weather forecast for our upcoming events and may cancel the rental agreement at any time at no expense to you if severe weather is expected and conditions are unsafe for use of equipment.

Generator

  • If the generator is exposed to rain and cannot be relocated to a dry, well ventilated area, please turn off the generator and discontinue use until rain has stopped and all surfaces near electrical outlets have fully dried.

Tents

  • Although our tents are fire resistant, no large open flames under the tents and within 10ft are allowed (e.g. grills, fire pit, tiki torch, etc.). Small candles are allowed, but do not place them near tent fabric to avoid soot marks or fire damage.
  • Please, no tape or staples on the tent fabric. Tape adhesive requires strong cleaners to remove that can damage the equipment.
  • Any cancellation 90 days or more before scheduled rental will result in a full refund. Cancellations less than 90 days before scheduled rental will result in return of 50% of deposit except no deposit will be returned for cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled rental.
  • If you decide to cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs before the date of the event, your deposit will be reserved as credit for up to 6 months from date of booking.
  • We will provide a delivery window at least a day before the scheduled rental date. For tent setups, we generally arrive the morning of your event date.
  • Pick-up is typically completed within 48hrs following the (last) scheduled rental day.
  • If a specific delivery or pick-up time is required, a separate fee may be assessed and included.
  • We ask that you notify us of any potential obstacles or obstructions that can restrict the delivery and pick-up process before the day of delivery. This includes things such as nearby construction, parking availability/distance, vehicle restrictions, etc.
  • A deposit of 50% the total cost is due at time of scheduling. Orders of $1,000 or more require only 30% down as the deposit. For tent rentals, the deposit must be received at least 24hrs before the date of your event (If event is on Friday, deposit is due by end of day Wednesday). The remainder of the balance is due and payable at time of delivery of the rented equipment and no later.
  • We accept cash, debit, and credit payments with all major credit cards.
  • We do require a valid card on file belonging to the renter signing for the equipment.
  • Schedule reservations are not guaranteed until deposit is received.
  • Delivery is free on orders of $200 or more and within 30 miles from our location. If you order does not meet the $200 minimum, a $30 delivery fee is applicable. Any deliveries greater than 30mi from our location are still available at an added cost.
