Frequently Asked Questions

  • No food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, or shoes allowed inside of inflatable.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • Do not hang on ceiling supports or intentionally deform the inflatable when in use. This could pose a suffocation hazard to occupants and may cause damage to equipment.
  • All of our rental equipment is cleaned between every use in a multi-step process that includes disinfecting all contact surfaces.
  • Although we clean equipment before every use, you are responsible for ensuring equipment is returned in same condition as when delivered. If extensive cleaning is required (e.g., confetti/glitter, spilled drinks or food, dirt/mud, etc.) after the rental period is over, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
  • Yes. Our slide units can be used with water. If this option is selected, we will provide a 75ft hose and sprinkler for the slide. An outdoor water faucet is required.
  • The added wet use option for the slide is $100 due to the work required in handling and cleaning wet inflatables.
  • If the inflatable is outdoors during heavy rain, everyone should exit, and the blower should be turned off and unplugged from its power source. Once conditions are safe again and you ensure that the blower, electrical equipment, and bounce house are dry; you may then plug in the blower and turn it on to inflate the unit again.
  • Inflatables should not be used in winds excess of 15mph. If winds are excessive, deflate the unit by turning off the blower and resume use when conditions are safe again. All inflatables are secured to the ground using stakes on soil, or sandbags on hard surfaces.
  • Space available must be 2ft. more than the inflatable’s actual size on each side (including ceiling indoors). Example: A 13’x13′ bounce castle would require a 17’x17′ space. This is to allow a 2ft space on all sides for safe use.
  • A 3-prong outlet on a 15A (minimum) circuit breaker is required. Each inflatable rental includes a 100′ extension cord. If a nearby outlet is not available, a portable power source such as a generator is required. We have generators available for an additional cost.
  • If slide is being used with water, a faucet with a standard hose connection is required. A 75ft hose is included.
  • You are responsible for notifying us of any underground obstructions such as any utility lines (gas, water, electric, sewage), sprinkler system, or septic tanks prior to set-up so that we not damage them when securing equipment to the ground.
  • Any cancellation 90 days or more before scheduled rental will result in a full refund. Cancellations less than 90 days before scheduled rental will result in return of 50% of deposit except no deposit will be returned for cancellations less than 30 days before scheduled rental.
  • If you decide to cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs before the date of the event, your deposit will be reserved as credit for up to 6 months from date of booking.
  • We will provide a delivery window at least a day before the scheduled rental date. We generally arrive 1-3hrs before the time of your event.
  • Pick-up is typically completed within 24hrs following the (last) scheduled rental day.
  • If a specific delivery or pick-up time is required, a separate fee may be assessed and included.
  • We ask that you notify us of any potential obstacles or obstructions that can restrict the delivery and pick-up process before the day of delivery. This includes things such as nearby construction, parking availability/distance, vehicle restrictions, etc.
  • A deposit of 50% the total cost is due at time of scheduling. Orders of $1,000 or more require only 30% down as the deposit. The remainder of the balance is due and payable at time of delivery of the rented equipment and no later.
  • We accept cash, debit, and credit payments with all major credit cards.
  • We do require a valid card on file belonging to the renter signing for the equipment.
  • Schedule reservations are not guaranteed until deposit is received.
  • Delivery is free on orders of $200 or more and within 30 miles from our location. If you order does not meet the $200 minimum, a $30 delivery fee is applicable. Any deliveries greater than 30mi from our location are still available at an added cost.
